At Rizu 16 Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, we do not offer returns or refunds. Exchanges are allowed only under specific conditions and must be requested within 2 days of receiving your order.
You Can Request an Exchange If:

Size Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size, we can exchange it only if the exact item is in stock, and you will need to cover shipping costs. Due to our limited profit margins, we cannot cover customer mistakes.
