At Rizu 16 Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, we do not offer returns or refunds. Exchanges are allowed only under specific conditions and must be requested within 2 days of receiving your order.

You Can Request an Exchange If:

• The product is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.

• You received the wrong item or it does not match the specifications you ordered.

To be eligible for an exchange, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery through one of the following:

Non-Exchangeable Scenarios

We do not offer exchanges in the following situations:

• You did not contact us within 24 hours of delivery

• The product is damaged due to use or improper handling

• The item has been altered, washed, or tampered with

• The wrong size was ordered by the customer

• The exchange request is made after 2 days

Size Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, we can exchange it only if the exact item is in stock, and you will need to cover shipping costs. Due to our limited profit margins, we cannot cover customer mistakes.
