You Can Request an Exchange If:

• The product is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.

• You received the wrong item or it does not match the specifications you ordered.

• The wrong size was ordered by the customer

• The exchange request is made after 2 days

Size Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, we can exchange it only if the exact item is in stock, and you will need to cover shipping costs. Due to our limited profit margins, we cannot cover customer mistakes.
